Does anyone else Find they can be sat at a table , one of the top stacks but having gained a bounty , but few small stacks on offer, and then your moved to a table were you are the small stack and even your 3bet gets multiple calls ,seems a bit unfair

That's indeed not to great, but in a (P)KO game you could also consider to 3bet shove more. Even with a 20-30bb stack. Especially in a multi way situation. That makes it easier to move around with players that calling a lot and want to see flops.
