Well looks like a betsizing tell. All options are okish here. Call reveal is the easiest, shoving is plus but flipping means variance. I like 3bet folding I guess.
I guess villain is open pot size or something like that. Could be villain standard sizing
3bet folding isn't really a option with in mind villain is investing around 1/6 of his/her stack with the raise. if you 3bet like 25k in total you need to call 36k more if villain shoves. Without any specific info I would shove or fold based on the info you have.
