Is this a spot in which you 4bet?
How do you play this hand after the flop and turn?

Given his sizings postflop you calls on flop and turn are standard. I would onsider folding against big bet on turn - keep in mind that against big bet hand like 87s is way better call than JJ.. On river I think you have to valuebet. He would probably jam there all AQ+ .
