Am I folding too easily here?

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BTN with K♠ Q♥
1 fold, MP raises to $0.04, CO calls $0.04, Hero 3-bets to $0.20, SB calls $0.19, 2 players fold, CO calls $0.16

Flop: ($0.66) 2♥ 4♠ Q♠ (3 players)
SB checks, CO checks, Hero bets $0.42, SB raises to $1.80 (all-in), CO folds, BU (Hero) folds

You beat only a bluff on the flop and villain is check/shoving multi way.
Folding is just fine. Another option would be to just flat pre-flop and play a small pot in position.

Easy call in my opinion.
KQ is one of the best hands you will have here, apart from AA/KK/QQ/AQ, so you can never fold here.

Why do you feel a squeeze here is way too loose? I think MP still has quite a big range here, especially if he only 2x raises...

Just to remind you:
MP: $1.28 (64 bb)

KQo is clear squeeze there for value against recreational player. On flop that big bet is unnecessary - all pockets lower than Q will struggle to continue. Against shove i'm not super thrilled but SB looks like recreational too(coldcalling squeeze) so call is fine.

Definetely squeeze pre, you have good blockers vs stronger hands.
As played you can fold or call, both options are fine. If I call here it will be only because we play against a fish, he might reshove with worse.

By the way check your blockers for a spade, if you dont have any, I will call more often vs fish
