[Closed] Did I play this well? Non-nuts straight

Looks ok, maybe about a pot size bet on the flop or even a check raise since there are so many players behind you. Other than that it looks ok. Btw it was a flush not a straight (I'm sure you knew that) and it's in the wrong section.

The monster flopbet is clearly unnecessary. You dont have nuts but its very close. only KsXs beats you. The chance for that happen is close to 0 (1 out of 322 if my math is correct).

Turn is ok, river ok.

I agree that the flop bet is too big but you have to big slightly bigger if you want to get it in by the river against one opponent so it's not that big of a mistake IMO if they're still willing to call you with worse hands at your limit..

Hi all,

Bet 140 at a maximum on the flop. Rest as played is OK. But this is a big point to make: don't overbet the pot, it's a very bad habit to get into!
