I've seen this situation sometimes.

Villain is a fish and I don't have much info from him since he recently sat at the table.

I think the preflop defense was ok.

Then after I called his cbet on the flop many times he expects me to have a pocket pair or a decent Ace.

Then on the turn he knows that I can't call with pairs here and only big aces and better hands.

So in this turn this makes me think he had AK, AQ and maybe AJ looking to get value from AT. He could also catch the miracle 7 on the turn if he was 3betting me light.

If I were in his spot, I would have 1/2 bet pot at most this turn or sometimes I would have check/behind this turn to control the pot.

So what do you think about this spot?

It looks like the 3better is little bit a short stack. It's tough to see how much money villain starts the hand with.

That's important to know for the implied odds you get.

After the call pre-flop you're line seems fine. Tough to expect villain will 2nd barrel so big as bluff and that's the only thing you beat. I would fold turn as well.
