No info on vilain ,we are deep. Preflop std i think we are probably 80bb deep. I often fold here on the river but i just have feeling he bluff me with Ax diamond hand

Pre is standard. This deep from early position 4bet would be questionable so call in position is best. Flop I would bet bigger like around 1k as this is not spot I would bet often at all range wise. Turn is fine though could be bit bigger also and on river just check. What weaker hands is villain going to x-c three street when most likely draws (67s and flush) complete? Call to x-r seems very spewy. If river is non diamond 9 I dont mind third barrel.
I can't think of villain would bluff the river to often and I would fold as well. Check behind would be the standard play for me.
Pre-flop I would consider to raise a little bit more like 2,5x so deep, but the rest I would play the same what ghaleon suggested.
