Final table 9 players , i am short stack 17bb and not sure if its right decision what do u think, these players are average 30bb and when they call they short so they must call tight here like 99 + AQ?

In a ft AS the shortest stack its fine to go for it with 16bb. Its plus EV but thin. Folding is also ok.
It's a fine shove with 55 as short stack. If the players behind you are tight min raise/fold would be a decent option as well.
