Not fan of calling this pre. I rather play 3bet fold this deep or let go vs utg. On the flop you can raise this or just call to keep him I'm the hand because the board is dry vs a utg range and if he is on JJ+ its gets really nasty.
On on the turn again let him or raise. Choose.thrnline to get as.much chips in vs this guy as possible. As played if you raise flop and bet turn your hand is face up every non premium will let go.

Against most villains I would fold ATo pre-flop. Only if villain is aggressive I would play this hand with a 3bet. ATo hasn't much playability post-flop against villains UTG opening range.

As played I would call the flop to keep villains range as wide as possible. It will be tough to get action of to many weaker hands and if villain 3bets you have a hard time.

As played I would Cbet as well for value on the turn. I expect villain needs to have something to call the flop with and the 2nd T isn't to often a scare card for villain. It makes it less likely you have 1.
