[Closed] Pacific Not Updating?

It's been a full week since my SP's have updated from Pacific. Now that I think I've built up enough to keep silver ( :f_grin: ) is there any news on when they will finally update?

It was similar last week when I was asking about. I got a response that PS has to get data from 888 and only then they can update so I guess something on Pacific Poker isn't working as well as it should.

I'm stuck on 99 points from 11.5. and still waiting for silver rank even though I should be near 200 points by my rough calculations... :rolleyes:

Well Pacific is trying to launch their own network. (Or relaunch it or something?) So maybe the data exchange is getting messed up in the process.

I guess we just have to be patient. :f_cry:

It's been over a week now and still no updates, do you - PS staff - have any information on when the problems will be solved?

Hey guys,

I am not sure what exactly is causing the delay but will look into it tomorrow and see if I can find out more.
