We are itm last 100 players. My question is how often should i bet big on turn with my second pair , i was not asure here and the river is fold? How often i can fold there ? I think i need to call 35 percent how can i calculate this?

It depends on villain. On turn it will be tough to get a better haand to fold or get value.
On river you need to call 43,6k to win a total pot of 155,2k. This means you need to win 28% of the time to make the call profitable. It's a little bit villain depended if I would call or not with only a bluff catcher.
