When should you fold and play these hands?

There are no hands that do better on low stakes and worse at higher stakes. Every hand has the same equity whatever limit you play.

From my experience you will have to follow this chart untill you will intuitively deviate from the chart based on your experience. This is the time when poker reveals its magic. It took me a few years because I never intended to be better at it. If you invest a lot of time, it may take only a few months.

I know that position still plays a big role and I would think from the middle position until the small blind with fewer than two people? However, if there are two people they likely have massive hands and likely nothing. If anyone that knows please explane.

To get a good idea sbout the hands I would recommend downloading ewuilab and checking the pre-made ranges to get a feel of what ranges should be played in which position. Your position at the table greatly changes the range of hands you play
