The opponent seems to be very tight but defending his blind very often, he can have there very wide range, so if he keeps squeezing and 3betting you then I might pick such a hand as you have and then just 4bet him. Also such hand as 88+ could be also very good against such a opponent. Other option would be that you don't try to steal at all against such a blind defender and wait for a hand and then catch him if you don't like variance.
