First of all not sure where 18man hands belong.

I already have double stacked. So even with around 14 players left I am already highly icm capped.

So pre I am already in quite a tough spot. All 3 options fold/call/shove are sort of ugly.

Flop: I have the feeling this is or a trap with KK/ or often QQ/JJ. So I decided to check at least take my 4outs(and Q/A I still can see)

Turn: almost all of the time I still have my 4outs. But even with implied it isn't enough. But I have at least some equity if an A/Q hit and there is always a chance on complete randomness where he checks river and my nut no pair wins the hand

River: ofc easy fold. The only street where I am anywhere close to sure about my decision

Preflop I like as default call most as we have position and SB 3bet size is also on small side. If villain is on aggro side 4bet shove is fine also. Folding is too weak as our CO range is fairly wide.

Flop check is fine and turn call is reasonable. If villain would check this river I would then go for bluff shove though.

Do you have any info on the villain in this hand?
Read less I would play the hand the same.

His stats were regish, but I had only a little hands on him. So not that likely to be reg, but also likely not total fish.
