Everest No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) - Everest Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($87.35) typical TAG 18/19/2,5/22
Hero (BB) ($100)
UTG ($153.83)
MP ($103.45)
Button ($239.25)

I really didn´t think that he had K, I put him on unimproved pp or 9. BTW he really had 9 but don´t know how to get him out of the hand. Do I need to bet bigger in order to get him away with middle pair? I though that even 2 streets bets are enough to get rid of such player. Is he just to good that he did not fold or too bad that he called? Or do I something wrong with small bets? Don´t know if it is better to bet all streets with small bets and smaller fold equity or vice vera.

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8, A
3 folds, SB bets $3, Hero calls $2

Flop: ($6) 9, K, 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4.50, SB calls $4.50

Turn: ($15) 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $9, SB calls $9

River: ($33) 6 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $18, SB calls $18

Total pot: $69 | Rake: $2

You didn't think he had a K, because...?

cb turn cb river.

18/19 can't be right either, sometin wrong with your tracker?

I see tag make dumb calls all the time. It's nl100, gotta get used to it i guess. Ive seen people call with top pair 2nd kicker on a 4flushboard for 2/3rd. Nothing surprises me anymore. I just think this is not the best board to 3barrel.

Sorry its 19/18.... I don´t think he had a K becouse of his 75% of cbets flop value which I forgot to post there. He doesn´t steal with trash like K7 or somethimg becouse of 30 ATS and if he has KT or higher he is betting all the time the flop. I t doesn´t make a sense for me to try to steal and when hit the best way as possible to play check call, check call, check call - this line doesn´t mean any strenght at least for me.

The last thing you said... maybe he's a good player. Flops don't come much dryer then this, so c/c makes sense vs you (tag i assume, or at least, thinking player). By betting KTo on the flop, he can be sure he's only getting action from better hands, or he has to assume you're gonna make a strange move on such a dry board. So c/c with a king does make sense imo, but 9 is def. possible as well. I'd say, check your own AF, maybe that's what made him try and level you. IMHO, K makes more sense then 9, because 9 will often be drawn out, and K won't. If you bet the flop and he calls, the odds of him folding the turn are incredibly slim. Your line is fine in a genuine freeplaypot.

Hello,

Preflop: I would likely raise him and fold to a 4bet.

As played
After he called the turn, I think I am giving up, I don't really see him folding, unless we are betting bigger.

Best regards,
Rensu

Hm, if I float here I bet bigger on turn and river. After his turncall you could also just give up. Make a note on his play.
