Should i raise on the flop? I was thinking about turn action but he check .. his range includes all Ax so when Q comes on turn i bet small and he call river i want check call ? or is it misstake

Without any info on the villain in this hand I would play the same until the river. If you raise the flop you get only action of a flush draw or top pair or better and you want to keep villains range as wide as possible.
On the river I would bet for value. I expect you have almost always the best hand.
