BB is on wide side with preflop 3betting and in general pretty spewy sort. We are close to 200bb deep so I dont really want to 4bet and have close to SPR 3 on flop. So went with just call. Flop is fairly good so we have to call imo. Turn I was happy to check. River suck quite a bit as villain line make sense with good amount of Qx. He might potentially have some air hands to bluff but I would expect AA, KK and some smaller pockets to just check.

My line will also have plenty of Qx so I think we dont really need to call here with less than Qx? As default at least.

After turn check, call river. All pairing rivers are good for him to bluff. Of course he has weak Q's in his range, but also a lot of air. You have some Q's in your range, but once second Q comes on the river the odds for you having one goes down.

One of the spots, where you are quite top of your range and under repping your hand. And opponent is a bit active and spewy.

I'd happily 4bet here, especially against someone who is too loose. SPR3 is OK and we still have position. And if he is spewy we give him the option to 5bet a hand he should not 5bet which the spewy guys sometimes do
