Holding 99 in my hand reduce significantly the K9 combinations in vilan range, so there is no way I fold on the flop. I see him more often on a set or/and NFD.
Would you just jam on the flop ? We are IP, so let's se a turn...

He keeps firing on the turn (this player don't have a crazy profile), and I thought it didn't accomplish anything to raise him (he wouldn't fold any hand). Maybe on the other hand that I lack the value in the rare cases where it would have only a NFD...

On the river, I have a bluff catcher and the flush miss, so I deceded to hero call... Should I fold here ?

I would call the flop to see a safe turn and jam it. Pot donk is often something else than Q9, and you block it. Call flop, raise turn.

On the river you have just low straight, he pot turn and river - I would fold that river.

2nd nuts.with nut blockers on the flop. When you can answer the reason why you just called on the flop instead of raising, it tells you how to play turn.
