I could be bluffing or I could have the goods.

But how about the villain's decision on river?

Against a huge bet on the river of the villain in this hand I don't think it's smart to bluff. I would only shove for value here.

I think he should be folding river (and bet smaller) unless playing against maniac or at least aggro fish. Calling here against regs is not very good idea because they dont pull off those big bluffs too often. Although your bet on this flop is suspicious and doesnt look like set or QJ.
Anyway villain is a fish, so I definitely wouldnt make that x/r here.

In his shoes, I like betting 55%/pot on river and folding to a raise but I understand why the villain wants to go for big value though.
