Do you guys think my push here against a Villain that plays has a VPIP 84 and a LIMP/Call 80 is the wrong action?

Pre-flop alright. I would consider to isolated the limpers, but that's loose with QTs.

Flop is tricky with top pair decent kicker in a 5 way pot. Pot bet of villain is weird, but tough to think you beat any value hand. Semi bluffing against 4 players isn't to smart to do I think.

I would most likely fold, but now you get in the best possible scenario I can think of.

It's a better situation for him than you would think given the fact that it's a bounty tournament. You are risking your tournament life against a draw so when he wins he get the price on your head. But I agree with the moderator that his range would be more value heavy than drawheavy.
But it's a weird spot.

The population is mostly not leading in the UTG spot if the called preflop.
If you think he his mostly betting with a draw here I would prefer to call and stack off at the turn by betting if he checks and calling if he bets.
