Villain had seemed like reggy player.

So main question for me was whatever turn delayed cbet is better than check? I think other streets are pretty standard. My reasoning for check was that I cant really value bet most rivers anyway so it works as nice range protection. 54 obviously complete as well but didnt assume that to help villain often but of course might help sometimes.

On river its pretty rare for me to have better than two pair plus have blocker to 98. Villain could of course value bet TT or QT for pot as well.

Seems well played. I would consider to make a semi bluff on the flop as PLO fish, but that's thin.

I would bet turn. You are well ahead against his flop checkbackrange (especially if assuming that he has a capped range) but you also want to protect against random pocket pairs>88, Qx and draws
