I would just x-r to 6k or so on flop as our hand does well enough overall (decent fd, gutshot and overcard) and that way we can attempt to create fe and we remove our positional disadvantage. Even x-r shove is viable I suppose but its kind of big sizing. With passive line getting value is bit tricky being in worst position. We can of course donk bet but on like 5♣: it looks really strong.

Not sure if we get top pair or overpair hands to fold with x-r but it does put those hands into really tricky spot if villains are thinking players because range is so strong versus 3 opponents.

As played turn is indeed awkward. Main question is if we assume Q to have actual showdown value and I think it should be very low. All improvements outside of flush are bit questionable and of course even flush is not always alive. Not sure its close one. Q9cc I would call for sure if I somehow didnt raise it on flop.

Interesting hand for sure, but most of the time I would raise the flop and with your stack a over shove isn't to crazy ether with in mind you need to raise half your stack with 1 bet and 3 callers in front of you.

The turn is tricky, but tough to fold top pair and a flush draw I think.
