fold flop too tight? I was thinking against an unknown opponent his range is strong when he 3-bet pre to pot. On the flop when he bet half pot with 3 of us in the hand I was thinking his range was mostly better overpairs and some AQ. Was fold too tight do you think?
I don't think folding flop is tight on a Q high board in a multi way pot. It's tough for villian to bluff in 2 other players without position on them.

In single-raised 3way pot, usually I call once with 2nd pair or mid pair and fold to 2nd barrel
In 3bet 3way pot, 2nd pair/midpair is kinda close, I could see you going either way. Vs a guy who is not recklessly cbetting, he should recognize that QXX boards are bad for pure-air bluffing as call3bet ranges often have AQ/mid pairs that won't fold - thus he should rarely bluff his AK and other air, and you should not call since his bet range is stronger than usual.
Call preflop 3B with JJ is OK and same fold after this bet - 50% pot size. BB could squeez 99-AA, AKo, AJs+, KQs.
