I would just call villain down with trips against a tight player. Offcourse villains sample size is low. So stats are useless I think.

If I would raise I would start on the turn. Offcourse if villain 3bets you are in a really nasty spot.

it's Impossible to answer this questions. We dont know if villian is aggressive enough to 3barrel his overpairs. Or thin value betting on 3 streets. Will he bet 99-TT for value?

Raise the flop. He bets 1/3 and your hand is definitely worth a raise for protection and value here. That's the mistake.
As played, I'd probably just call the river, but I think raise/fold would be fine too. Our hand is under-repped and all draws brick.
