Well, you're just asking for trouble in LO8 fullhanded tables with hands like that. Instant fold to a raise, only open raise from button as a steal.

On the flop even if you hit you are more often than not splitting the pot with a nut low or losing the pot to a flush - hands you can't chase away no matter how hard you can try. So flop should have been a fold and at most a call, since you are just spewing chips away otherwise.

Turn could be a raise because you have a flush draw; but you are still in a multiwaypot. This street depends, but I'd like a call here.

On river, I can't imagine you winning unless you have 3 people ahead of you with lows - so it's pretty thin to call without a flush.

Always remember the golden rule, never play for half a pot, always play for the whole pot...

No its not. Its a terrible hand. If you arent getting a very cheap price, e.g. you are in the small blind, you should muck this instantly. To play this hand even against a race is really donkish - sorry to be blunt.

The problem with this hand is that if you hit a straight you will almost always have to chop against a low. Even worse if a flush is coming in you will find yourself in a very silly spot with a straight, often you will have to call only to see a villians flush or getting caught in a raising war.

As a general rule of thumb to avoid those trap hands. Hands that contain lowcards but have no low potential at all are pretty bad and shouldnt be played in general. Furthermore nines and eights are the absolute worst cards in Omaha HI LO, so if your hand contains them you better have a good reason to enter the pot.

Card you don´t want to have in Omaha\8: 6 to 9, 5 and T is weak but ok cards to help some hands.

The main reason you never play this hand is to hit the nut straight there will have to be 3 low cards, which means at best you will be splitting the pot. The double suitedness of this hand actually makes it even worse imo, as you are more inclined to play it, and lose money to higher flushes as well as splitting the pot if you do win.

This is one of the worst hands in o8, and has almost no value. The best situation you can be in with this hand is a 3 way pot with the other two players betting a bare nut low. The worst situation you can be in is getting massively freerolled and calling bets just to get your money back.
