Hero bets ? ?

Would anyone go for a CR?

I decided to just bet instead but I would like to hear input on the size and compare it to mine.

No, I did not go all in, should I have?

Thoughts?

I would go for a massive overbet on the river. Like 2-2,5x. Target is Tx hands.

I dont think so. Way too strong. You dont have enough information to make such a move

I like it. I think your bet size will get called. Mine wasn't even 2x and he snapped it off so.

I was playing multiple tables at the time, and believe it or not I did not see the four straight on board, in other words I didn't have a clear idea of what I could be betting against.

I don't know how I missed it but when you keep thinking about the range inside the head, sometimes you forget to look at the board closely.

I understand. It happens to everyone. That's why you should take a break on every hour/hour and a half or play less tables when you start losing concentration.

Pre-flop seems like a loose defend with J7s against a unknown. Post-flop seems standard. I would go for a half pot bet for value on the river. Not sure if a over bet will work here.

Cheers,

J7o, preflop fold vs CO open, for me call is loose.
River bet 60%, we want to call from 2 pairs with over pair, Tx or lower FH.

This is J7s buddy. It's like comparing AA to 72o.

I just go something like 10bb to get called wider than just the Tx straight if villain does have the straight or worse value hand there is still a chance they raise. You also allow for some bluffs to raise so the 2/3p sizing accomplishes quite a lot.

I would fold pre but calling is fine.

I would overbet the turn 15bb and overbet the river x2. You have a hand worth playing for stacks. Big hand = big pot.

Thank you all. What's funny is that I don't even remember what happened in this hand.

Solver says to fold J7s vs CO open.

So, I think calling here preflop is a small mistake.
