The villain was tight, 15/11 and low 3bet%.

I think betting small on flop is okay.

GG Poker - $0.25 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 106.48 BB
SB: 176.56 BB
BB: 152.52 BB
UTG: 124.2 BB
Hero (MP): 100 BB
CO: 109.44 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has K♣ K♦

fold, Hero raises to 2.52 BB, fold, fold, SB calls 2.12 BB, BB calls 1.52 BB

Flop: (7.56 BB, 3 players) Q♦ 3♥ Q♠
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: (7.56 BB, 3 players) T♠
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 2.68 BB, SB raises to 6.96 BB, fold, Hero calls 4.28 BB

River: (21.48 BB, 2 players) 4♣
SB bets 16.12 BB, Hero ? ?

There is an argument for calling river based on how I played the hand.

Thoughts?

I think especially 3way you should cbet here. Just let them fold out Ax hands, that have EQ vs Kings. Pairs call anyway. As played: You are blocking his most likely draw. I'll give up on the River.

Should bet the flop here. 1/2 pot. Can get value from all pairs.
As played, pretty strong line from villain. Fold river. I would be usually be considering folding the turn but it's quite a small raise.

I agree with check otf. Qx hands are quite possible so you want cheap show down. I will fold otr as well.

I would Cbet flop as well for value. Offcourse if you face a check/raise you need to be cautious, but with 2 queens on the board it's less likely someone has 1.
