Can someone tell me how to post graphs and pictures on the forums?
Also can someone tell me the most efficient way to post hands out of pokertracker 3?

Unfortunately i cant help with the PT3 problem as i use HEM but with regards to posting images and graphs then you will find all you need in this thread:

Above the text box you type in is a set of icons the one which looks like a yellow box with two mountains and an arrow next to it lets you enter a link to a picture you uploaded to a site like imageshack.us or similar.
I use Pokertracker and when I want to post a hand I just copy the handhistory the notepad or word or some other text editor. Then you need to convert the hand (just google *name of your pokerroom* hand converter).
Or you can browse the hands in Pokertracker after session and find the handhistories there. You will still need to convert the hand, though.
