I really have to work these spots according to my blog. In general I think I

a) dont have a high cbet flop frequency
b) If I bet I either bet small(30-50%) with polarized range or
c) bet big(66-100%) with merged range

since my range is not polarized if I bet I do big. But since I feel this flop hits villains range fair enough Im not supposed to bet out big. therefore I checked. now vs a bet <pot I plan to x/c, mainly because besides my SDV I also have some turns that give me a straight or a FD.

thoughts?

Tricky flop imo. If we had like AAQ7 for nut gs I would just pot and absolutely dry AA just x-f. I think our cbet frequency is fairly high like 60% on this flop. Someone with plotrainer etc. can check that.

I would probably just pot with this low oesd as well but not sure if that is good or not.

to your introduction:
i don't know how much generalized it is or if you are referring more to the actual spot^^
not having a very high cbet frequency should be pretty common in micro stakes as we play a lot of mw and overall more often against loose calls. and i think mindset wise 3bet spots are a bit dangerous for creating a wrong impression due to negative events having more impact on memory than positive/neutral ones. i guess when you look at your actual results for 3bet spots, they are probably better than expected. at least i experienced that. :)

your basic thoughts here are pretty right as well, i would say. then just underestimate your hand and put it into the wrong section and overestimate the board for villian.

Spoiler

here we see the flop is not that bad for us and our hand is a solid medium strength hand which has the problem with lack of realizability on future streets and wants to deny equity. then that would fall into c) and we want to pot/stack off.
the lack of playability later on i think is also the reason why not starting with a check, as this could lead into freerolling ourselves too often, giving villain the opportunity of deciding the action and comfortable equity realization.

about the cbet frequency and the oop 3bet spots in general, i recommend having a look at the youtube coaching session of luuk from yesterday. there you find some good information about that and also further explanations and thoughts. ;)

@BradNitt most of the thoughts are indeed generalized instead of the actual hand. cant remember if we ever had some discussion together a couple of years ago so just FYI I try the jnandez/mastermind approach to beat the game/improve since I had bought the course some years ago. just in case youre curious.

now for your approach I find the analysis interesting. I guess thats is PIO in the screenshot?! plus this is the specific hand vs solved hand range for BU?!

now Im not sure if I have an answer to the hand already: With PokerJuice one can estimate the EV precisely because it calculates the Shove EV by analyzing the hand when villain fold % vs equity, when villain stacks off etc I feel like this does not get into consideration. correct me if im wrong but I never worked with PIO tbh.

i guess when you look at your actual results for 3bet spots, they are probably better than expected.

I actually did that in my blog and resuts aint satisfying at all btw.

I know we can see if this is +EV in PJ. question is if x flop is GTO here, when do we checkfold aces and what is minimum neccessary if we want to x/c?

the program is pioploviewer and its just basically like an advanced equity calculator, so it only shows the equity of your hand but not the ev for certain lines.
that could be roughly done too with adjusting for certain streets and actions and then calculating by hand^^

i just wanted to show you where we are with our hand vs a roughly estimated range and the taught approach for that spot than would be pot/get in.

about the 3bets that's sad to hear. just had a look at your blog and if i was see right then i thought your 3bet sb vs btn is kinda high with 12% i would say. gto would around 10 and i raise even less
but therefore you still have a very nice winrate overall
