So looking at villain's stats, he is 17/19 for c-betting in 3 bet pot. Is his style emblematic (albeit overly loose) of more aggressive opponents I may face at higher limits, and will I be forced to station marginal hands like this one to avoid being run over, either by him or by them (the more aggro opponents at higher limits)? Or did I make a prudent laydown?

Issue in this spot is of course that we have quite limited amount of good rivers. Only three K as nut outs. Any J or Q we are also not that happy to face third barrel. Also A doesn't change relative hand strength really.

So fold is good. No need to start hero calling super wide. We of course have A♠: that would offer some bluff opportunity on spade rivers but hand has just too little going on in form of raw equity.

With these stats vpip60 3bet15 I 4bet preflop AKK AQQ consider some good AJJs and also some AKBs or AJTd hands.

Normal 3bet is 7% overall and vpip up to 30. That means this guy is maniac preflop and you have to punish this instead of let him put you in tough postflop spots like the one you just posted

You still need to be aware for future hands and best way rather than stats of a couple hands is to see showdowns of them and make notes.

But with 600 hands im pretty sure this guy is a spewtard and hammer the 4bet preflop without hesitation
