Fold. You block heavily his semi-bluffing ranges, and with pair of 6's even his air would have a lot of equity versus you.

If your hand was double suited, I would think about 3betting. Being single suited I would not 3bet that in 3way pot, call works pretty well in position. Personally I wouldn't 3bet this in multiway pot in position even double suited.
