I've been running some sims for single pot when small blind raises and big blind calls. Almost every flop I sim PIO prefers a cbet size of 33% pot, with varying frequencies, and some flops where it wants to check its entire range. Is it correct to implement this small cbet size of 33% pot across all flop textures?

It's tough to say I think. Stack dynamic, game format (SNG, MTT or ring game) and if you play against a regurlar or a fish could influence your sizing. Against a fish I would play more ownest and Cbet bigger for value and bluff less.

I have not studied nor i know for sure is it good but just by playing i have found that checking 100% range leads to less mistakes or harder spots for me, thats in MTTs and Cash games.
In spins i do have cbet % tho.
