Against midsatcks, I find it difficult to fold, but I don't play zoom. Players are supposedly tighter in zoom and that may turn me into folding that, but I think readless, is a 50/50, so long run EV=0 (except for rakeback), thus take the action that best suits you: shove if you like to gamble PF, fold if a loss here will put you in a bad mood, no need to get closer to tilt over a hand like this if you happen to loose it.

To be profitable for you to put him all in (again, I don't see any fold from him), his range needs to include AQo and 99 (apart from JJ+, AQs and AKo). If you think he won't include AQo and 99 there, you're 35%, thus a fold is reccomended.
I don't dislike the 9bbs raise, but if you are struggling with these spots, you can make it lighter when you'll play IP, imo (7bbs), or even call and play IP. As said in previous reply, I don't play zoom, but in regular tables I kind of mix the call and the raise, IP, deppending on villain.
If you aren't planning on stacking off with TT against a unknown short stack I would most likely call in position with TT and control the pot in position.
Offcourse the change is huge you will play a multi way pot post-flop if you do that.

I like 3 bet and stacking off. Or 3 bet and then folding. Or just flatting the initial raise.

I don't see the 3bet/fold wrong, you will dominate a large part of your calling range, before a push you are not committed.
Call doesn't look bad either, but you would be polarizing your 3bet range. Or you should to protect your strong 3bet range into UTG.
3bet x3 is ok.
