Not sure what you mean with Pokerstrategy tickets. I expect you could earn raffle tickets if you create 1 or more accounts of our partner rooms. Offcourse if you have a PokerStars account already and it's not tracked you can't earn StrategyPoints anymore. Afterwards tracking your account isn't possible I'm afraid.

Are you asking about the Double Action Freerolls in PokerStars?
If so, you receive tickets to the current batch of freerolls if you have a tracked account to PokerStrategy.com and make your first deposit in the room through the qualifying period.
You can still benefit from those freerolls, even if you don't have a tracked account.
