Overpair vs massive overbetshove on flop

Hero raises to $0.06, 2 players fold, BTN calls $0.06, 1 fold, BB calls $0.04

Flop: ($0.19) 6♣ T♣ Q♦ (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.12, BTN raises to $1.99 (all-in), BB folds, Hero ?

It seems to be a new trend to overbet all-in when holding the nuts. I tend to immediately fold to any of these bets unless I have the nuts or a set minimum. I just don't know if that's a good idea. So therefore I'm asking, what you'd do in a situation like this?

Villains shove makes no sense at all and seems like villain could play top pair or a draw like this as well. That makes folding without any info tough.

Make a note on him, so that you can check how often he does that.
In regular tables I may give it away once or twice, but there's no way villain gets to perfectly match with the flop 3 times in 2 orbits. so if he does that kind of move often, he will have a mark and I will call him. Zoom is harder to make this kind of note.

I think more often than not, he will have FD, or even KJ in that scenario. If I was holding the A♣ would be an easier call, even without more info. As played, I call, but I am a donk.

Sometimes 2p or set yes. But there are top pair and flush combos. I call it off.
