Well played in my eyes - would have done the same myself.
flop: The cont. bet is almost a must (maybe except for 100% calling stations) - good
turn: The K is a scarecard - bet/fold is the way to go in my opinion - good
river: you hit your card and your opponent hasn't shown any strenght - bet for value - good
You can't be "too agressive" as long as you know when you're beaten
