Hero ?

UTG is a loose player with VPIP over 50 and CO is a "regular" 21/17 but I perceive him as pretty bad the way he plays his hands. Flush on the river is a pretty bad card since flush-draws is the most likely thing to call beside sets an we are 3-way. Probably my 6♣ not worth a lot. I am also not so sure if I should have raised the flop to deny equity to CO, I kinda do not like my call.

What´s the plan for that river? GTO would surely stack-off but that´s no help cause I don´t think any Tag would bluff their set or even play close multi-way but SPR is already below 0.5...

I would most likely raise the flop and try to get in as fast as possible with the nuts against 2 villains.
As played I would raise smaller like $10. This way you have still room to get over the top if the short stack shoves on you like now. On the river I don't see much value with shoving any more. You could try to get villain of a split pot, but not sure that will work.

Problem is what to do vs bet otr? I shoved anyways and he had Top-set + flush unfortunately.

Would not have leading range on flop but I think we want to x-r flop. CO sizing is so small that it will also give UTG option to continue with any two pair for good price. As played good note from SDK about using bit smaller raise. It has some downsides and upsides but even smaller size is not giving that cheap call for UTG and it also make it trickier for him to call because of potential reshove from CO. Very often though people in my experience does not think that far. Times I have used smaller 3bet versus shortie preflop to see cold calls that then end up folding is quite numerous.

To me river is clear check. Side pot is empty so we will have at least nut straight when betting. Plus on this river its even in normal situation really tough to get call from weaker. Even though SPR is low I would think UTG is just checking if he has weaker and pretty much only shove flush. Which make x-f likely best.
