Villain plays 40/20 over 93 hands. I should have 3 bet villain in the face, but I can't do that now. Do you fold his on the turn for such a small amount? Not much we can improve to if we call and are hoping it goes check on the river. What bluffs can villain have here that min raise? Villain half pot on the river looks like value. Is raising turn or river ever a option?

Could be a 3bet indeed of at least 3,5x, but that would be a bluff. If villain doesn't like to fold on 3bets I wouldn't do it. Ypu don't want to blow up the pot out of position. Villains line on the turn is weird. Not sure what he/she would play like this. A flush or straight seems less likely after villains check on the flop. Read less I would call the river and bluff catch with top pair.

Cheers,

Considering the A♦ could be in villain hand, I think there's space for him to raise you OTT with it and fire river.
Also some T combos he can raise you with and you are ahead .

I think I'd find a call OTR

Considering villain is a LAG and the way the hand is played I think he has a very wide range and therefore a large amount of bluffs. He might even be betting any Tx (TJ,TQ,TK) + our hand has showdown value. Therefore I think folding is a bit too nitty.
That being said a 3-bet is I believe a better play especially in higher stakes. I don't see much merit raising turn or river.
