Fold this pre. Wait for a better hand, especially with the BTN, SB and BB being so short.

I haven't this good hand last time and I think sometimes can open from MP A8s.

A8s seems like a reasonable open from MP position or you deal with passive players that has position on you.
A8o is a easy fold. Multi way A8s isn't playing that well, but against 1 villain it's not to bad.
This is off course almost a dream flop. After you miss the turn I would try to get a cheap river card and check/call a reasonable bet.

A8s is fine to open from MP imo, especially with fish (I see at least 3) at the table.

On the flop we cbet and I also like your sizing. We want to start building a pot. Sometimes we have strong holdings here like sets and overpairs and they take the same sizing for value and protection.

Two of the fish fold and one unknown player calls. Now on the turn we can continue betting or x/call.

My preference would go to x/call. Why? CO is quite strong here for flatting your MP-open and calling your cbet multiway. His range has all the sets, 55,66,77, but also 98s, some 88,99,TT,JJ. I think his range is quite nutted tbh. There's just not much else he can realistically have here, maybe some lower flush draws.

As played, on the turn we obviously call vs his clickback and river easy x/f.
