Blind war

I take the same line but I raise bigger on every street and shove river.

Pre-flop its fine imo to call and not 3-bet.

Post-flop I raise his cbet bigger, because I expect him to continue the same range anyway. His draws are not folding, his top-pair isn't either. We are really strong and want value. I would make it 15-16BB and expect to be called by the same range.

Now on the turn the pot is about 36-38BB and here it's fine to just bomb it. He has clubs, straight draws, two pairs and Ax to continue. I would go 3/4th-pot, around 27-28BB.

Edit: The river is kind of interesting because now 98, KQ and AJ get there. I'm not sure if he has enough calling hands to shove river. If we don't know he's a station, checkback may be a better line.

Playing FAST means you have no info on villain, most of the times.
Against unknown, my line usually is the opposite of yours with that hand:
I preffer to 3bet/fold PF in blinds battle and kill the spot immediatly.
As played, I think your flop raise was a little too big, specially considering you are IP, so you can adapt if another drops. Think I'd make it to 10BBs, to keep some of his Ax range.
Turn, the pot is inflated enough for a 1/2 pot bet to be enough, imo.
The river, you turn to bluff a valuable hand. You win from a lot of Ax and some busted draws, why bet if no worst hand will pay you? For a weaker A to pay your bet, it needs 2 pairs.

I think even in NL2, there's no value in your river bet and you inflated the pot a little too much in the other streets.

I like 3bet preflop with ATo. I hear one time good thing this hand. Re-raise good, just call bad.

3betting pre-flop seems the most common play or villain is tight in raising in blind battles.
If you use the same sizing on flop and turn I would most likely go for a smaller bet on the river. 30bb is big enough and than you have some room to fold. Now you are committed and most likely beat.

Defending our BB seems pretty standard. We flop great but lots of draws. V donks so we raise and get called. Blank OTT I figure he has a Ax or a FD either way I have to bet big. He calls again. Then he checks river at which point I was convinced he missed his flush draw and give up. I decided to value bet river mostly for his Ax hands but then he shoves... here's how it went:

3bet preflop. As played your line seems correct. Bigger size OTT. On the river you could consider a laydown. I doubt V's will ever bluffing in this spot. Specially with min raise.
