This is another hand from my tilt session last month. Villain is unknown. My bet sizing needs a lot of work. I really don't know what to do on this turn.

GG Poker - $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by Holdem Manager 3

CO: $2.05 (102.5 bb)
BTN: $2.00 (100 bb)
Hero (SB): $2.01 (100.5 bb)
BB: $0.51 (25.5 bb)
UTG: $4.69 (234.5 bb)
MP: $3.88 (194 bb)

Hero posts SB $0.01, BB posts $0.02

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.03) Hero has A♣: Q♥:
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.06, Hero raises to $0.20, fold, BTN calls $0.14

Flop: ($0.42, 2 players) 9♣: 2♣: 7♣:
Hero bets $0.22, BTN calls $0.22

Turn: ($0.86, 2 players) 4♥:
Hero bets $0.56, BTN raises to $1.58 and is all-in, Hero?

Without reads you should fold. Otherwise seems fine to me.

I would consider to check/call the turn on a reasoanable bet.
I don't think you get to many hands to fold after villains call on the flop and if villain shoves like now you need to give up the nut flush draw.
