No reads on MP. CO seems like reasonably solid player in PLO25 terms. We are 400bb deep with MP which does play part in this hand for my decision making.
On flop I hit nut fd and mid pair. MP check and CO stabs. I thought to go for x-r because I have nut potential and Q blocker is pretty valuable to block AQ and QQ. Key point is also that my range actually has good amount of AA as I would not want to 3bet that much preflop being OOP with 400bb effectives. So if villain assume that I should very rarely face 3bet with this hand. Perhaps hand is bit too weak for this play without some gs or bdfd potential.
Well anyway I get called and turn nuts with two pair as support. Went for 3/4 pot and villain minraises. This raise doesnt make any sense really when villain cant have K♠: though. My assumption was that this is likely bit weaker flush going for kind of block raise. So option I like least is call and check river. That leaves either call and lead blank rivers or 3bet turn. I went for small 3bet but actually I think I could have just min3bet it back. That would create less than SPR 1 spot already and to be honest I think this play is printing as bluff versus reasonable looking player (when we have nut blocker, e.g. KKQT with Ks would make sense). Well of course again turn raise from theory view doesnt make sense but anyway...
Max EV line though could perhaps be call turn and bet river medium size to get crying call. WIth turn check-raise we tend to also get huge amount of folds. Well I suppose its just very difficult to get stacks in versus non call machine or maniac players.
