Hello I come back with my one of the worst cards in first case easy call vs unknown 3bet all in preflop?

Second hand is 4bet pot I cbet here with top pair top kicker and I get raise (opponent is unknown) too. I don't think he bluffs here so I decide fold.

1. 100% fold preflop. Due to rake you need 50%+ equity to call. Against TT+,AQ+ you have 49%
2. Not loving spot but I think its more call than fold.

First hand I don't see a point to take a variance spot with only 6c invested. Offcourse villain shove makes no sense, but I think there are better ways to earn money than taking marginal spots for you're entire 100bb stack.
Offcourse I don't think villain would play hands like QQ+ like this. That makes it likely you are flipping or dominating villains hand.

2nd hand it's tricky. 2 pair seems unlikely in villains range based on the pre-flop action and you blocking KK+
Only reasonable hand villain could play like this is QQ I think and the rest you beat. Tough to fold I think.
