Tips and tricks for tournaments and cash tables against fishes with all-in/lottery syndrome. This is nerve wrecking for me and every advice is really welcome for me and I bet few other serious players.

How about advices in tournament tables where every hand dealed someone goes all in preflop.. What are suitable hands to call or shove in this situation?
Lets assume that player has about 20BB left and tournament is near payouts.
Advices, anybody?
