My fault is that I should bet all in here on flop. What do You think?

I think its ok, you are a bit deep with mp and you should leave yourself possibility of evaluating hand after his eventual shove.
However after turn donk-shove I think you can easily fold even to that sizing. You are almost always dead there.

Bigger bet on such a draw heavy flop. Up to 75%. You could consider painful fold OTT. Still, call is not that bad as well. You could see pair + flush draw type of hands, maybe 99-TT because you are up against fishy player. But most of the time you should fold

Multi way I wouldn't mind the 54c bet on the flop. I don't think it makes to much difference if you make it 75% pot. I expect most villains on NL2 aren't folding a draw and turn is a easy fold. I would be crazy for villain to bluff the turn in a empty side pot and you have in the best case 2 outs to improve.
