Vs two unknown players should defend blind? On flop I check-call with open ended. On turn I catch nuts and after another cbet and call I decide move all in too many cards are bad on river.

It's not a crazy defend with 76s. It has decent playabillity.
Flop play seems alright with 6 clean outs for a straight and turn is fine as well with the nuts.

Defend is questionable here. Against a whales you could consider it. But you should fold OTF multiway. Very low nut potential. As played you hit OTT and shove is fine with 2 players and 2 flushdraws. You wont like a lot of river cards
