Preflop I decide call after limp-min 3bet here. On flop I get middle pair + royal straight flush draw (sick) and I decide play to stack off. I can play passive but when I catch straight or flush it can be hard get value (yes hard because in some multway pots for example today when I get two pairs vs limpers on dry board one time only get call on flop from one player!!!!).

I definitely am not raising on flop vs the limp reraiser even with your draw because so often they have AA KK AK.

I probably should fold on flop because I never can catch something in this spots.

I don't think you can fold middle pair with the straight flush draw on the flop.
Villains line is really suspicious from start to finish. You could call villain down, but if you raise like now you can't do much else than stacking off.
