Hi!

Anyone could give me comparison on 1/2-3/6 FR/SH rake in BB/100 for iPoker vs others sites?

Thanks

According to
http://www.marketrake.com/FLSH%20chart.htm
it seems iPoker is rake killer...

Hello!

As far as I know, stars has the lowest rake + most tables on low-med stakes and even on high.

It is. Easily 0.5 BB/100 more than Stars or FT at 1/2, and probably 1 BB/100 on 2/4 and 3/6.

Thanks for responses... I am looking for where to go with my BR...

iPoker seems to have decent trafic, even some loose FR tables at 2/4-5/T = rake 0.6-1BB/100 lower that on SH table...

And I am hesitating for Stars and FullTilt as they are located outside EU = have to pay taxes... and the time that I did not have to bother about it is gone (winnings < $1,000 in a year).

$2/4 that is the limit that I would like to play at the moment seems to be on iPoker the biggest rake killer... :(

Aren't Stars in EU?

And yeah, rake at Stars is the best.

How about :
$0.25 for each $5, max $2 for 1/2
$0.25 for each $5, max $3 for 2/4
$0.50 for each $10, max $3 for 3/6 plus 30% rakeback?

They are not PokerStrategy affiliates though.

You can easily get high rakeback%'s on iPoker skins though, which makes the higher rake not as bad as it sounds though.

but you have to play a lot to reach those high rakeback rewards which will probably result in 2 things:

1.you play a lot, which means more mistakes and worse table selection which instantly decreases your winrate

2.you play less and more efficient but now those bonuses will last forever to achieve since there are not really that many tables to choose and meanwhile you will be working your ass out to be breakeven(which is very decent winrate on ipoker playing 2/4 and 3/6)btw.

For me no more ipoker and at the same time I cant see leaving pokerstars anytime soon.

Nah... Not true.

It's easy to get direct 45% rakeback, no matter how much rake you make. With additional bonuses, this number can exceed 50%, without grinding.

If you play enough like me (15k-20k hands per month), you can have up to 75% rakeback. But that's me :)

If anyone wants to talk about this, you can add me on skype coreysteel85 ;)
