I think its ok, on turn you get value only from few hands so raising up is right move. On river with something like QQ I think i like all-in but AA blocks too much so smallish overbet works too.

Not bad imo..He will fold a lot OTT, but also he will check back a lot, if you check...OTR I prefer check shove...

I dont agree with the massive overbet OTT. Very few hands will pay you off. It's a scary card to a Qx hands and 2nd overcard to some pocket pairs like 55-TT, maybe JJ. So either smaller bet or check with the hope that V try to represent the A (more preferable option to me).

I prefer smaller sizes. With top set it will be tough for villain to have top pair or better on the turn.
You want to try to get value of mid pairs and those hands will maybe call if you bet small on turn and river
Now you hoping villain has a lower set with those over bets I think. You block all strong 2 pair combo's that makes any sense to call pre-flop.
Now villain only call with 44, 22 and AQ on both streets. Those hands would call on a over bet shove on the river as well.
