Trips in limped/raised pot

I would assume it's most of time trips but there is some possibility that he plays weaker trips like this. So with 2nd nut trips and alive outs I would not fold either.

Though with KQJTr I would have just completed preflop.

I think that is T+ quite always. The thing is that you beat most Txxx, and as seen here you have decent equity versus AT or 22. As the SPR is less than 1,5 on the turn, it's hard to fold the hand. I am thinking between call on the flop or shove, but with KT I would probably just shove it. As call would be better only versus bluffs or as damage control in case he has 22, AT (and checks turn).

Complete pre since you are not really pushing equity with range that would include rainbow stuff. Oop you basically need multiple opportunities to hit decent.

This situation iis quite similar if you had like 8876 and the flop comes AA8. Solver often leads those spots but against common tendencies where player do not bluff raise and also have defensive leaks I have the impression so far check-raisin underfulls or non-ace trips+full-redraws works better. The reason is good range-vs-range equity but bad playability.

Without the flushdraw, oop and very value-heaving raising range I think as played bet-shovingon the flop is best. Since you are flipping with your hand against top-range you basically just want to stack-off now if you can rather playing one or two more streets oop. But in terms of a solid gameplan where I also have other stuffs that would call against a smallish cbet I usually check-call and start to check-raise with better side-value like top-kicker, draw-blocker, over-pair-blocker or flushdraws. Most 30/15 players have a fit-fold approach so the raise contains a lot of information against average non-maniacal opponents.

Turn is really marginally above break-even - 37% required vs 38% available due to this nasty spr - so you want to use (if existent) your little fold-equity and just pot it.
